TeamHealth is excited to offer a new opportunity for a full-time advanced practice clinician (APC) at Midland Memorial Hospital, a 272-bed, not-for-profit facility located in the heart of Midland, Texas. Accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a level III trauma center, Midland Memorial, provides exceptional care across a range of services, including emergency care, surgery, and women�s and children�s health. Emergency Department Snapshot:

• 43-bed emergency department
• Annual volume of 73,000 patients
• 40+ hours of physician coverage daily
• 40 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage daily

This dynamic, community-based hospital collaborates closely with surrounding urgent care centers and surgical facilities to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care. Opportunity Details:

• Start date: September 1, 2025
• Practice model: W2 Employee
• Compensation: competitive hourly rate, plus quarterly quality bonus incentive
• Night differential
• Sign-on bonus: Available for full-time APC�s
