Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a PA or NP to join the emergency department team at Mercy Ambulatory Care Center in Orchard Park, NY. We welcome new graduates for training and offer a supportive environment to advance your emergency medicine career.

Experience candidates and new graduates alike can contribute immediately while receiving structured mentorship, working shifts across the 9:00am–7:00pm and 3:00pm–1:00am blocks and two full weekends per month in a low-acuity ED setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA or NP license for NY.
• Eligible for emergency medicine APC training and mentorship.
• Willing to work all shifts, including two full weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine clinical care in the ED setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Mercy Ambulatory Care Center features:

• Emergency department annual volume: 26,000
• 12 ED hospital beds
• APC schedule: (9:00am - 7:00pm) and (3:00pm - 1:00am)
• Candidates must be available for all shifts including 2 full weekends a month
• Low acuity level facility

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $109,850 to $136,890 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
