Job summary

TeamHealth, in partnership with Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas, seeks ABEM-certified emergency physicians for a highly compensated, on-site role in a Level III trauma ED. This is a 1099 arrangement with base pay plus RVU and a substantial sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment.

The position offers a high night differential, 120 hours per month (12 shifts) with potential for block scheduling, student loan repayment options, and strong career development through the TeamHealth

Qualifications

• ABEM certified or eligible to practice emergency medicine.
• Level III Trauma ED experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a busy 43-bed ED at Midland Memorial Hospital.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support 24/7 staffing and participate in shift coverage and on-call processes.
