Job summary

Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare in St. Louis is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our Basic Life Support (BLS) 911 ambulance team, delivering urgent prehospital care and safe patient transport within the community.

This full-time night position features a rotating schedule, every-other-weekend responsibility, and holiday rotation. EMT certification is required; High School diploma or GED is required; prior EMT experience is preferred and a $2,500 sign-on bonus is

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Previous EMT experience preferred**
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus***

Role Purpose

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is responsible for emergency medical care in the pre-hospital environment. Works under on-line and off-line medical control providing basic life support. Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the RN in the Emergency Department or Paramedic.
