Job summary

Total Access Urgent Care is hiring in the greater St. Louis area for full-time urgent care staff. You will perform EMS-level tasks such as IVs, EKGs, and splinting, triage patients, take vital signs, and communicate patient status to physicians.

Work 12-hour shifts across multiple TAUC locations. The role offers growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement up to $1500 tax-free over 15 months, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EMT certification (EMT-B/EMT-I) required.
• Full-Time position; 3 days per week with 12-hour shifts, no overnights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and practice more skills including IVs, EKGs, and splinting.
• Triage patients to differentiate immediate and less urgent care.
• Take patient vital signs and communicate needs to providers.
• Apply splints and wound dressings, prepare supplies and sterilize equipment.
• Serve as a resource for other clinical staff.

Clear Communication:

• Pay: Start at $18/hr. Earn an additional $3-$5/hr within 2 years for time and performance achievements.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $1500 tax-free, reimbursed as $100/month over the first 15 months of full employment. Reimbursement is in addition to full-time pay and benefits. You are eligible for reimbursement if you can provide a receipt showing EMT program tuition paid.
