Job summary

Total Access Urgent Care in the greater St. Louis area is hiring EMTs to join a high‑quality healthcare team.

You’ll work full‑time, 12‑hour shifts, three days per week, with options for alternating weekends and holidays, and earn starting pay of $18 per hour with potential increases based on time and performance. Responsibilities

• Learn and practice skills including IVs, EKGs, and splinting.
• Triage patients to differentiate immediate and less urgent care.
• Take vital signs and communicate patient needs to providers.
• Apply splints and wound dressings and prepare supplies.
• Serve as a resource for other clinical staff.

Clear Communication

• Pay: Start at $18/hr. Earn an additional $3-$5/hr within 2 years for time and performance achievements.


• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $1500 tax-free, reimbursed as $100/month over the first 15 months of full employment. Reimbursement is in addition to full-time pay and benefits. You are eligible for reimbursement if you can provide a receipt showing EMT program tuition paid.

Job Description

• Take patient vital signs and communicate patient needs and patient status to the providers


• Apply splints and wound dressings, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization


• Serve as a resource for other clinical staff

• Full-Time (3 days a week)
