A leading occupational healthcare provider in Missouri is seeking an experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) for a PRN position. The role involves responding efficiently to emergencies, administering first aid, and communicating with medical facilities. Qualifications

• EMT-B State Certification and/or National Registry, proof of reciprocity required.
• Previous EMT experience or emergency 911 experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Previous EMT experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administering first aid and medical support to patients.
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly.
• Communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further action.
• Communicating with client and site personnel regarding worksite incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrating teamwork and awareness of changing site hazards.
• Ensuring quality clinical standards are followed at all times.
• Documenting findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor under stress.
• Assisting Site Safety Managers to maintain a safe work environment.

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT‑B) to join our team in the Lathrop, MO, area. In addition to a rewarding work environment, we offer our professionals competitive benefits and salary. This is a PRN position with shifts available Mon‑Fri, days.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulations
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation towards team work and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts
• Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances
• Assisting the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possible

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• EMT‑B State Certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity
• Previous EMT experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
