Job summary

Baptist Ambulance, part of the Priority Ambulance family, is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the West Memphis, Arkansas area. The EMT will operate on ALS and BLS ambulances, provide essential patient care, and document transports in accordance with SOPs.

Candidates must hold an Arkansas EMT certification (or National Registry) and an AHA BLS/CPR certification, with the ability to meet physical demands of emergency response.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Arkansas Driver’s License or TN license accepted if indicated.
• Arkansas State or National Registry EMT Certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Physically able to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate EMS vehicle on ALS and BLS transports.
• Provide BLS patient care and movement.
• Document all transports per SOP and adhere to company policies.

Job Summary

Functions as EMT on ALS and BLS Ambulances as directed. Safely operates vehicle to/from pick up and drop off locations. Provides BLS patient care and movement. Documents all transports completely per company SOP. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
