Main Line Health in Media, PA is seeking an EMT Apprentice to join our Apprenticeship Program. The position combines on-the-job training with classroom education at Delaware County Community College and leads to a Full Time EMT role for apprentices who meet graduation requirements. The program starts Jan 18, 2027.

Work shifts include day and night, with 12-hour permanent shifts after training. Travel to multiple MLH sites is required.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.
• Current driver’s license valid in Pennsylvania with a copy on file is required.

NO PRIOR EMT OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

• This will be a paid hybrid training course consisting of a mixture of on the job training, along with in-classroom education at Delaware County Community College campus in Media, PA. It will result in a Full Time EMT position with Main Line Health for all apprentices who successfully meet the graduation requirements of the program!

Commitment

• Must commit to the in-person program outlined below:
• The program has an effective start date of Monday, January 18th, 2027.
• This program will take place at Delaware County Community College (DCCC), Mon.-Thurs. 8am-5pm. Fridays will be hosted onsite at MLH Office located near Riddle Hospital.

• Must be able to work both day shift and night shift. Permanent shifts will become 12 hours once you have completed the training program and are placed into your full-time EMT role.
• Day shift is 7am-7pm, and Night shift is 7pm-7am, 3 days/week. Every other weekend requirement.
• Although candidate preferences are kept in mind, ultimately an apprentices final placement are determined based on operational needs of the system. Please make sure you can commit to ANY of the schedules outlined above permanently before applying.

Salary: $19/hr.
