South Carolina Department of Public Health is seeking a leadership role in the EMS & Trauma section to oversee data collection, management, and training initiatives. The position directs education programs, maintains systems, and serves as the IT representative and webmaster for the unit.

Plans and directs the data collection, data management, training, education, and research activities for the Emergency Medical Services & Trauma section. Functions as the Information Technology representative and webmaster for the section.
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
Must be certified as a SC Paramedic or eligible to obtain National Registry Paramedic credential within one (1) year of hire. Must have experience in data management and analysis.

Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
A master's degree and work experience with an Emergency Medical Service as a Paramedic. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in EMS, supervisory/management experience, training coordination, or regulatory knowledge of EMS Accreditation Standards, previous EMS instructor experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
