Job summary

Integrity Care Group in Lawton, OK is seeking a Medical Assistant/EMT/LPN to support providers in examination and treatment, while maintaining patient confidentiality and efficient patient flow.

The team will be part of a new Lawton location with a structured onboarding process, including interviews on 11/10/2026, training starting 12/07/2026, and first official day 12/21/2026. Duties span clinical tasks, labs, and patient coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; graduate of accredited MA/EMT/LPN program preferred.
• Licenses/Certification: MA, EMT, or LPN course completion certification preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS certification.
• Experience: 2 years in Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN preferred.
• Skills: PC skills, ability to read/write medical terminology, ability to work all shifts, ability to escort/transport patients by wheelchair, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and escorts to discharge counter.
• Obtains patient history, triages, and records vital signs.
• Explains procedures and prepares exam room for provider.
• Prepares instruments and sterile equipment; assists provider.
• Administers injections, draws blood, wound care, and related tasks.
• Performs diagnostic tests and CLIA-waived labs.
• Performs basic x-rays or assists Radiology tech when needed.
• Completes medical charts and logs patient services.
• Assists with registration and clerical duties.
