Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years public safety or military experience, with at least 1 year supervisory/coordination.
  • Experience may substitute education; up to 4 years substituted.
  • Graduate coursework may substitute for experience for up to two years; supervision requirement cannot be substituted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, organize, and support committee structures to enhance state-wide team development efforts.
  • Coordinate, plan for, and facilitate committee and team development objectives with supporting structures.
  • Provide administrative and overhead support for the Team Development program and committees.
  • Coordinate between partners and stakeholders to share information on program activities across the state.
  • Improve data storage, record-keeping, and information sharing across Team Development efforts.
  • Create adaptable team structures through leadership with ownership of programmatic efforts.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with local, state, federal, private sector and NGOs.
