You will guide cross-functional teams, align with regulatory requirements, and support incident response and recovery efforts.

The role requires 7+ years in emergency management or related fields and a bachelor's degree in a relevant area.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in emergency management, business continuity, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the enterprise Emergency Management Program.
• Coordinate enterprise emergency preparedness activities and readiness initiatives.
• Serve in ICS leadership roles during activations and incidents.
• Support EOC activations, logistics, and planning functions.
