Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to provide care in both ED and inpatient settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to serving rural communities.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in both the Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit.
• Assess, triage, stabilize, treat, and monitor emergency patients.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for admitted patients throughout their hospital stay.
• Respond confidently to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Support Outpatient Services and other hospital-based patient care needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support and mentor fellow nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality patient care.
• Help create an exceptional experience for every patient and family.
