Pafford EMS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support emergency medical services and maintain shift readiness. The RN will interact with public and medical staff, promote teamwork, and ensure policy compliance across operations.

The position requires a current state nursing license and at least three years in emergency or critical care, with strong documentation skills and willingness to participate in events and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current State Nursing License required.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
• Team player willing to participate in special events.
• Accurate completion of Patient Care Reports (PCRs).

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational readiness for the assigned shift and provide emergency medical services.
• Coordinate medical care and transport with hospitals and other agencies.
• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls; oversee shift activities.
• Lead by example, mentor staff, and address personnel issues per policy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate recordkeeping; submit end-of-shift reports.
