Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher for the NASA White Sands facility. The role dispatches emergency services, monitors security systems, and provides instructions while maintaining critical communications for site operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, NM EMS Dispatch Certification within one year, NCIC certification, and security clearance. The role operates in a hazardous NASA facility, with a pay rate of $21.38 per hour and union

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain a New Mexico Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification and NCIC Certification within one year of hire.
• Obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks and/or drug testing as required on the contract.
• Prior 911 emergency center or dispatch experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-telephone and emergency notification system in the NASA Fire and Emergency Services Dispatch Center of Fire and Security operations.
• Responsible for all emergency telephone calls and radio communications for the Department as well as Security radio transmissions.
• Monitors a variety of alarm panels and Security Systems necessary for the protection of personnel and daily operations.
• Performs various administrative duties as required.
