Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR, EMD, NCIC, ICS 100 and 700 certifications within county-specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch units per procedures.
• Transmit/receive messages via radios and data terminals.
• Maintain unit status, location, and duty rosters.
• Provide APCO EMD-based life support instructions when needed.
• Create and maintain accurate CAD records for events.
