Baptist Health Georgetown ER & Urgent Care seeks an ED Technician (Nursing Assistant II) to join its Emergency Department team. The role supports RN staff, assists with patient care, specimen handling, and data entry within hospital systems.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification or clinical validation, and BLS certification within 30 days. Health, education, and retirement benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Cares for ED patients under RN supervision and within the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates clear communication and coordination of patient care and department flow.
• Maintains computer systems and data entry for assigned duties.
• Collects, processes, transports and analyzes specimens per policy.
• Maintains orderly work area to ensure efficient operation and workflow.
