Freeman Health System seeks an Emergency Department Supervisor in Bentonville, AR to lead clinical operations, care progression initiatives, and regulatory compliance across ED locations. The role will develop and manage post-visit follow-up programs, starting with orthopedic patients to improve continuity of care, patient outcomes, and specialty service growth.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Minimum of two years as an RN and minimum of two years of Charge Nurse experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations and regulatory compliance across ED locations.
• Develop and manage post-visit follow-up programs, starting with orthopedic patients to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with ED Director and ensure consistency between main ED and FSED; participate in weekend call coverage.
