Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and charting practices.
• Familiarity with nursing protocols, patient safety, and quality improvement.
• Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred; CCRN or ECCO may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Identify learning needs with patients and families and provide education.
• Use information systems to communicate, document, and monitor care outcomes.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
