Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program with an Ohio RN license and certifications in ACLS, NRP, TNCC, and PALS; ENPC and TNCC within 1 year of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license required.
• ACLS, NRP, TNCC, and PALS certifications required; ENPC and TNCC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and assist other departments as assigned.
• Assess patient needs, plan and coordinate care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Adhere to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote patient advocacy, safety, and improved health outcomes.
• Support teamwork with physicians and other personnel to maintain high-quality care.
