Job summary

Baptist Health South in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night-shift at Baptist South. You will provide urgent, evidence-based care for emergent conditions and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Requirements include 1–2 years Med/Surg nursing, telemetry, and RN licensure with BLS; ACLS/CEN/TNCC/NIHSS are preferred. A full-time role with a sign-on bonus may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to ED patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate care with ancillary services to support outcomes
• Serve as patient advocate and safety representative
