Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated competence.
• Basic computer skills to operate unit systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a charge nurse ensuring cost-effective, patient-focused care.
• Lead teams and participate in unit councils and NGMC committees.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process on a shift.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes.
