Kaiser Permanente in Oregon seeks a registered nurse to diagnose and treat health problems using clinical judgment, assess, plan, direct, deliver and evaluate nursing care. You will coordinate care with other disciplines and support discharge planning.

The role requires nursing program graduation, state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PEDI/PALS readiness within specified timeframes. Prior RN experience preferred within a hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course within 6 months of hire OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 3 months of hire.
• Computer keyboarding skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patients using multi-system evaluations and plans care.
• Develops and coordinates individualized nursing care plans.
• Initiates and documents nursing interventions per physician plan.
• Evaluates patient responses and participates in unit quality activities.
