Great River Health Systems in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (ADN preferred or student in final semester) to deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process across geriatric, medical/surgical, telemetry, pediatric and critical care settings.

The role requires Iowa RN licensure, effective collaboration with the health team, and commitment to high-quality care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ADN required or current in final semester
• Iowa RN license or in final semester of nursing school
• IV Conscious Sedation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)
• Coordinate care with health team members to meet patient needs across units (geriatric, medical/surgical, telemetry, etc.)
