Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is offering a Graduate Nurse Residency – 16‑Week Program in the Emergency Department. This full‑time night-shift residency (three 12‑hour shifts, 7am–7pm) starts June 2027 (and January 2027 options exist).

You will contribute to a Level 1 trauma center, grow in a high‑acuity environment, and gain rapid, hands‑on clinical experience. You’ll join a mission‑driven team with excellent benefits from day one, including PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans, while

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact).
• BLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire.

• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
