Mercy Hospital St. Louis is hosting a Graduate Nurse Residency – 16‑Week Program in the Emergency Department, offering full-time night shifts 7am–7pm across three 12‑hour shifts. Start dates include June 2027 and January 2027.

This Level 1 Trauma Center environment provides high-acuity experience and a mission-driven culture for growth. New grads will join a team that supports innovation, learning advanced technologies, and patient advocacy from day one, with comprehensive benefits and tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact).
• BLS (AHA) required — or completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

Licensure

• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact)
• Must meet all state Board of Nursing requirements

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) required — or completed within 30 days of hire
