Job summary

You will supervise ED nursing staff, manage staffing and scheduling, drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and hospital leadership to improve outcomes in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced ED RN with strong leadership and trauma/critical care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling of ED nursing personnel to meet patient demand.
• Lead performance management and quality-improvement initiatives within the ED.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety across the department.
• Coordinate patient flow and optimize throughput in the emergency department.
