Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Charge RN for the Bentonville Emergency Department on a full-time night shift (36 hours per week). The Charge RN will oversee nursing care, guide staff, and ensure delivery of quality patient care in a fast-paced ED setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
