Job summary

Freeman Health System invites applications for a part-time RN in the Freeman Siloam Springs Emergency Department. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure optimal patient outcomes during night shifts.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program; BSN preferred and 3+ years of acute care RN experience are also preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Preferred: BSN from an accredited registered nurse program.
• Preferred: 3+ years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
