Job summary

Freeman Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN for the Springdale Emergency Department. This full-time role requires delivering patient care through the nursing process and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ED setting.

Applicants must have an active RN license (work state or compact), complete mandatory FEMA/NIMS training, and obtain ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC within specified timelines. Sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in work state or compact state.
• FEMA IS-00100.c ICS-100/IS-00100.c ICS-700 within 90 days of hire.
• PCO within 30 days if no recent hospital experience.
• ACLS within 180 days.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
• PALS within 365 days.
• ASLS - Stroke Life Support within 180 days.
• Stroke CEU hours - 4 per year by transcript.
• Trauma CEU hours - 8 per year by transcript.
• TNCC within 365 days.
• CPI within 180 days.
• RN Competency Day annually by transcript.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established practices.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
