GBMC HealthCare in Baltimore seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under general supervision. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, Maryland RN licensure, and CPR certification.

A BSN is preferred and a Bachelor's degree must be completed within 3 years of the start date. Experience includes 3 years of clinical practice in a relevant area, with strong skills in care planning, communication, and unit workflow management.

Competenze

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Maryland RN license is required; CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) is current.
• Bachelor’s degree must be completed within 3 years of start date or as applicable.

Mansioni

• Assess patients and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and update written plans of care and coordinate post-discharge care.
• Administer medications and IV therapy; initiate emergency procedures as needed.
