GBMC HealthCare in Towson, MD seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under general supervision. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, active Maryland RN license, and CPR certification; specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required on hire.

One year of RN experience preferred. You will develop care plans, administer meds, document care, and coordinate with the health team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or other certifications required on hire for specialty areas.

Responsabilités

• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses from database.
• Perform physical assessments and patient interviews.
• Determine priorities for care and reassess as condition changes.
• Plan, update and document the care plan for each patient.
• Coordinate patient, family and health team in discharge planning.
