Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the ED in Conroe, TX. This 13-week on-site contract runs nights (01:00 PM to 01:00 AM) with a combined pay structure including a base and weekly stipends. Expect a fast-paced unit with 30 beds and 77 staff, patient ratio around 1:4.

Requirements include active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, plus TNCC and ENPC preferred. It’s a 13-week assignment starting 10/26/2026 at 504 Medical Center Blvd, Conroe, TX 77318.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in good standing.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred; ACLS and PALS recommended.
• BLS required; CPI training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer emergency department nursing care and bedside assessments.
• Monitor cardiac status and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Perform IV access, blood draws, and basic procedures as applicable.

• o Night Shift– 7P: CN, 8 RNs, Paramedic or LVN
• Patient Ratios – 1:4
• Type of equipment- Baxter IV pumps, Client Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/ CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, portable EKG machine,
• EMR - Meditech
