As an Emergency Department Technician (EDT) at Bronson Battle Creek , you'll work alongside physicians, nurses, EMS professionals, and other healthcare team members to care for patients during some of their most urgent and vulnerable moments. From medical emergencies and injuries to unexpected illnesses and complex patient needs, you'll play an important role in helping patients receive timely, compassionate, and high-quality care. This is a hands-on position where you'll develop technical skills, contribute to patient care, and experience the teamwork and energy that make Emergency Medicine unlike any other healthcare setting.

Every shift offers opportunities to learn, problem-solve, and make a difference. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute during critical moments, you'll find Emergency Medicine both rewarding and inspiring.
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members must be able to commit to full-time orientation hours during the first 6-8 weeks of employment. Orientation consists of three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) each week and includes Emergency Department-specific training, competency validation, EKG training, and patient care onboarding.
