Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA is seeking an Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech) for the Day shift (36 hours per week). The ED Tech will perform lab draws, EKGs, and assist nurses and physicians in patient care in either inpatient or outpatient ED settings.

Role serves as a gateway to healthcare careers, with teamwork emphasized across the ED. Candidates may be EMT-B certified or enrolled in clinical programs such as RN, LPN, respiratory, or physical therapy, including military

Qualificações

• EMT-B with state or national certification at time of hire or completion of US Military Hospital Corps School or MMAC qualified.
• Enrolled in a clinical program (RN, LPN, Respiratory, Physical Therapy) with at least one semester completed.
• Current student in a clinical program actively pursuing healthcare training.
