Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification must be current or obtained within orientation period.
• De-Escalation certification required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Provide basic patient care under supervision of RN/LPN/physician.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report changes to the care team.
• Support the care team with patient comfort and documentation.
