Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an Emergency Department support role to assist with implementing supportive clinical care in a 48-bed, full-service ED serving all ages.

The position involves strong clinical skills, clerical duties, stocking, transporting, EKGs, phlebotomy and IVs, with other duties as assigned. MMH is part of Universal Health Services and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical School/Diploma preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• RN-track final year or completion of ENP-P/EMT-I or Nursing Assistant courses accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of supportive clinical care in a busy Emergency Department.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, IVs and related patient care duties.
• Handle clerical/courier duties, stocking and transporting patients as needed.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
