Job summary

Bellin Health is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to join the ED team in Green Bay, WI. This casual part-time role supports the RN and is scheduled as Casual Call with 40 hours per month, including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting in patient care and clinical tasks in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Wisconsin EMS certification is required, with 1–2 years of EMT or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services Certification is required.
• 1-2 years of EMT or direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the treatment and care of patients under RN supervision.
• Perform delegated medical and nursing functions as part of the Emergency Department team.

Job Description:

The Emergency Department Technician functions as a collaborative team member under the supervision of the RN in performing delegated medical and nursing functions. The Emergency Department Technician assists in the treatment and care of all patients of all ages in accordance with established policies, protocols, and standard to provide quality care in Emergency Services.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services Certification required.
• 1-2 years of prior EMT or direct patient care experience preferred.
