Job summary

Baptist Health System, Inc. in Fleming Island, FL, seeks an Emergency Department Technician for a full-time day shift to support Registered Nurses in patient care and ED operations.

You will collect lab specimens, monitor intake and output, document in the EMR, and help maintain a safe environment under RN supervision. A high school diploma is required; BLS and EMT/CNA licensure are preferred or required.

Baptist Health is seeking to add an Emergency Department Technician to our

Emergency Department at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity.

Assists Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department with patient care and daily healthcare needs. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, maintaining a safe patient environment, collecting lab specimens, monitoring intake and output, and documenting in the electronic medical record. Works under the supervision of an RN to help ensure quality patient care and efficient Emergency Department operations.
