Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure a patient-centered approach addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural needs.
