Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room in accordance with FirstHealth protocols.
• Work under the supervision of the Emergency Room Charge Nurse and in collaboration with the ER Physician.
• Maintain required certifications and skills through continuing education, skills testing, and re‑certification processes set by the state of North Carolina and FirstHealth.
• Support safe and effective patient flow in the Emergency Room.
