Job summary

Advocate Health’s Hartford, WI Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting. You’ll work in a 24-hour schedule with day shifts and a weekend program, including one weekend off per quarter, and participate in a 12-hour shift pattern.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and Wisconsin RN licensure, with ACLS/PALS or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• RN ED experience preferred; candidates with previous RN experience or new grad with passion for ED.
• Must have completed a nursing program.
• Licensed RN in the state where you practice (Wisconsin).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in the ED.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
