Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous training or experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills with ability to complete data entry on clinical documentation screens.
• CPR certification.
• ACT 73 - PA State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care under RN supervision in the Emergency Department.
• Assist with preparing patients for exams and treatments.
• Maintain infection control and organizational goals.
• Stock patient rooms and prepare equipment for procedures.
• Respond to Traumatic, Stroke, and Code R activations and assist with patient care.
• Provide 1:1 sitter supervision for patient safety when assigned.
