Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center seeks a licensed RN for its high-volume Emergency Department in Casper. The role demands assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care to critically ill or injured patients, with collaboration across ED physicians and staff.

You will participate in advanced nursing practices, maintain certifications, and support hospital stroke, trauma and STEMI programs. This is a full-time position in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed per area of practice.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy and professional standards.
• Formulate and revise care plans with patient/family and multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities to ensure continuity of care.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document care accurately in patient records; communicate status to the care team.
