Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 27‑bed ED seeing over 31,000 patients annually. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support trauma, stroke, and STEMI programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in ED/trauma care is a plus.
• Must maintain clinical competencies.
• Travel/registry roles require extra experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans discharge.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates with the health team.
• Delegates, supervises, and ensures continuity of care.
• Documents care and patient responses.
• Participates in education and quality improvement.
• Interacts with staff, physicians, patients and families.
