The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a registered nurse with cardiovascular care expertise to lead nursing staff and coordinate patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates should have a BSN and NV RN licensure, with ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred. The role emphasizes professional leadership, clinical excellence, and adherence to service standards within a large hospital network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN Required.
• Minimum of one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient and fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. BLS Certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).

Responsabilités

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision while upholding Patient Centered Care standards.
