Job summary
The Valley Health System seeks a registered nurse for Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas to provide direct and indirect patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes. Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- One year full-time or three years part-time acute care nursing experience.
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- Current Nevada RN license and BLS certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP or required specialty training current on hire.
Responsibilities
- Plan and provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families and care partners.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Oversee and guide staff under supervision; uphold patient-centered care and service excellence.
- Support facility vision and goals through evidence-based practice.
