Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (VA license or multi-state).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough assessments and design personalized care plans; administer medications and treatments.
• Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Monitor vital signs, respond to patient changes, and document all care per standards.
