Pay ranges from $37.00 to $51.28 per hour, with gross pay per 12-hour shift of $444.00–$615.36. Qualified candidates with 2+ years of acute care RN experience may receive a sign-on bonus up to $20,000; New Graduate RNs up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; ER experience preferred.
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and guides patient/family teaching.
• Directs and coordinates activities of other nursing personnel in Telemetry.
• Communicates with the physician about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality and ensures EMTALA compliance.
